Depending on availability, which one do you think is worth the price?

I can probably fine the ZombiU bundle cheaper than 380/390. I do like getting a pro controller...

I can live without wind waker. Waiting for the next zelda.

I think you kinda answered your own question, though I did get the Zelda bundle (since I wanted Wind Waker) and I love it

I would get the Zelda bundle. It would definitely be more expensive, but it comes with a custom-decorated Wii U pad that will hold its value better in the after market. (not to mention it just looks cool) The limited edition Nintendo consoles tend to resell for a much more stable price. The same will likely hold true for the Zelda bundle. The ZombieU bundle will only hold its value if you hang onto the original box. The hardware it comes with is just the standard black launch Wii U. And getting a copy of the Zombie U game with the bundle isn't worth much, as that game has been on sale for next to nothing several times. (it was available at GameStop for $10 over the holidays)

The inclusion of the Pro Controller is the big bonus for that package. But the Pro Controller is mainly only useful for multiplayer games. It doesn't particularly add anything to single-player experiences. You're better off using the standard Wii U pad for games like that. And Zombie U is more of a single-player experience anyhow.

If you can find a Zombie U bundle for a significantly cheaper price, I'd say go for it. Zombie U is a great game, and having the extra Pro Controller is a nice bonus, especially if you want to play some one-on-one fighting games for the system. But I wouldn't go out of my way otherwise.

I disagree about the pro controller not being useful other than multiplayer personally.  It's more comfortable than the gamepad IMO, and has super long battery life vs. the 3.5 you get out of the gamepad.  I prefer using it for any game that doesn't make any use of the gamepad screen beyond mirroring the TV.  Obviously the gamepad is nice for games where you can manage the inventory or keep the map up on the screen.  But having the game mirrored when playing on the TV like in NSMB Wii U and other games is pointless and can be distracting since you can't turn the screen off during play.

The only place I've seen the Zelda Wii U still available is Gamestop.  Target, Kmart, Walmart, Best Buy, Toys R Us are all out.  I'm kind of kicking myself for holding out, waiting on a better price.

Yeah & GS is down to under 1500 units I was told so if you want Zelda you better get it now.

Also ZombiU is $25 used at GS (they no longer sell it new) so the value proposition says get Zelda. Also the Afterglow WiiU Pro Controller I hear is a decent substitute & GS sells it for $30. If you have to have the Nintendo Pro controller, I've seen the White one on clearance at WM for $40.
