Problem on adding more people in my PM's

Hi people, sorry if this isn't the right place or if it's a dumb question, anyways i want to know how to add more than 2 people on my conversations through PM's.

On bottom of 'Other Recipients' field appears 'you may add up to 1 other recipient' and when i add more than 1 it gives me error. In PM's i started i don't see the invite button on left either.

So, why? It's because i'm kind new on CAG?

I know some forums have restrictions, like - start a topic only after 1 month or a number of replys- or so. 

It's the case? Or there's any setting i can change?

It's seem a noob question and indeed is, yet i need to solve this because this function it's useful for me. Sometimes i need to send a PM to more than 2 people and i can't.

I really need this answered please! I did read Help faq yet i didn't find answer. 

I see, it's strange nobody knows the answer. No mods can help me w/ this?

Like i said seems a stupid simple question yet i need to solve this because it's preventing me of full funcionalities for the messager. And it's bad since sometimes i need to do conversations w/ more than 2 people.
