Thanks. In for one. All new to my Steam backlog...err.. I mean library. Looking forward to what this new bundle comes up with next.

 
I had to grab the $5 tier considering I almost bought Gnomoria this morning from the humble store for $2. Looking forward to more bundles from these guys.

 
I'm waiting to see what the bunus games are. I'm pretty sure that I'll get at least $2 tier.

I don't know if it's been mentioned.. but if you haven't bought this bundle yet, make sure you make a Blink account before buying. That way, your bundle will be linked to your account.

If you buy a bundle without creating an account, you can't link your bundle to an account.

I was able to Claim the page no problem. I created a account after i bought the bundle, then simply clicked claim

Uh, that's original. I'll probably go in for $5.

Blink Bundle is giving 85% cut to the developers. For people familiar with bundles that high a percentage is substantial. This is planned to be permanent (though it could go higher) for all future bundles. We are very focused on supporting indie developers & publishers.

I was waiting for someone to make a topic on this bundle. New kid on the block bundle comes out swinging. If this is any sign of the quality they will be putting out, I welcome them! Will def be in for a $5 tier after I see what humble can throw this week

who the heck is this blink bundle group? Already have tons of different bundle sites bookmarked that i use, never head of this one though. Are they legit?

 
Snapped it up as soon as I saw it. Did not even look at the games.

Was a little bit miffed that they charged EU Sales Tax though. That is NOT a legal requirement. I mean, why would it be? They do not seem to be based in the EU and I seriously doubt anybody here will receive that money :/ Still, $6.50 (or something like that) for 12 fairly decent Steam games is not too bad.

They're based in the Netherlands..

EDIT: More info from the Blink rep:

The VAT charge is based on the location of the supplier. Blink is based in the Netherlands. Currently it is set at 21%.

IG and Bundlestars both charge it now, and both are located in Europe. Groupees, Indie Royale and Humble are not located in Europe, so they don't have to.

We're in the group of people that doesn't want to do it, but we have to.

Also techically you should be reporting your tax free non-eu purchases (Amazon US, Humble Bundle, etc.) and paying taxes, but I'm pretty sure nobody does that.

This bundle has pleasantly surprised me: I've always thought that Playblink was a joke, yet (imo) they've done a better job of sourcing games than Humble has been doing lately.

 
And once again I wish I had just waited for the bundle instead of purchasing Eldritch.

The developer is a nice guy.  Guess I can be happy I supported him :)

Oh cry me a river. Try living in Washington state where Valve and Amazon and Microsoft are located. I get hit with 10% sales tax from pretty much every US based digital retailer including Steam.

IndieGala has started charging VAT Tax to European buyers too.  Not sure about Bundlestars, they are based oversees too, right?

Anyway, this was a pleasant bundle.  Send you the link to your email if you don't register an account and apparently you can claim it later.  Nothing to complain about there.

AFAIK, only Humble gives combined keys and they seem to somewhat be moving away from that lately. You have to actually setup a package with Valve in the SteamDB to do that so it's more work for the bundle promoter and most won't bother. Plus I don't even know if Valve would create separate packages for other bundle sites which are much lower profile than Humble.

Indie Royale does do a combined key for Desura in its bundles, but that's because they are part owners of Desura.

 
In for Blockland @ $4.99.  Time to put my money where my mouth is.

I've always been saying that's the game Minecraft ripped off and was (for a short time) a superior game, but wasn't about to spend $10 on either game cause I don't support digital-only.  Well, it's been 10 years, Blockland is still digital-only, and I don't think Blockland will ever be this cheap again (or include 11 other games).  I give up!

Anyone playing Blockland? I think maybe my kids (9 and 7 years old) will like it (they love Legos). It is easy to play with? Can be played offline or you have to join a server to play?

My 12 year old daughter has played it a bunch since I got it for her from this bundle. You can play it offline or online, online theres a few different modes of play that look fun ... as well as free building there's car racing, a rampage destruction game, basketball and Team DM. These are the ones I've seen so far. It looks like you can really easily host an online game. My daughter loves Minecraft and Garrys Mod. This game seems to have similar appeal and is much cheaper in this bundle. I'm definitely happy I picked it up for her.

Hero of the Kingdom is pretty good. And I don't usually get into point and click find the hidden object games. It's like, 4-5hrs playtime max though.
