Hey everyone, the Sims is celebrating their 14th year since the release of the first Sims game.  If you own a copy of the Sims 3 on Origin(PC) you can get the expansion "Town Life Stuff" for free.

There have been reports of the page not loading, or the giveaway tool not detecting that you own Sims 3 on Origin.

It may not show up in your Origin games, but if you go to http://www.thesims3.com/ and have an account there, it will be displayed on your /mypage

This message was displayed after I got it. "It may take up to 72 hours for the game to appear in your Origin library - please check periodically. "

Available until February 10th.

Thanks for this! Just bought Sims 3 the other day (finally).

With this and the Civilization Humble Bundle today (another game I recently bought), it's been pretty good timing for me to start gaming on PC.

 
I guess I'll bump this in case some of you on CAG missed this freebie, it's free until February 10th.  What kind of problems/errors are you guys getting when you try to redeem it?

 
It worked just fine for me, though like the site says it did take a few days to show up under my list of game on Origin
