I purchased a season pass from a lowball auction in January, I just got around to inputting it last night and was told it was invalid. I have the physical card of said code and I also contacted sony who said the code was already redeemed back in September of 2013, I was basically sold a used code that is worthless...

I've contacted the seller but have not heard back yet. What is my next course of action? Who can I contact about this matter?

If you hover over "community" at the top of the page, there's a drop down that says "moderation". Try any of those users listed there.

 

It's almost March, though, and because so much time has passed, I'm afraid it'd just be your word against the seller's. Does he have a large feedback count?

Its not really his word against the seller since Sony told him it was redeemed in September of 2013 and he purchased it in January.

Contact the seller for a refund. Maybe they acquired it used with out knowing and it was an honest mistake. If that doesn't work, then get a mod involved. And dude, check that codes are valid soon as you get them, at least you can issue a paypal refund within 30 days. Have the seller check them as well just to be safe (they should to avoid being ripped off), its buying/selling digital codes 101.

This is completely wrong, as none of those users are actual moderators.

WOW! Mr. D himself! I received a replacement code from the seller and I will be inputting the code tonight.
