My profile says I have a feedback of "98: Excellent" but my actual feedback page says I've got 22 positive, 0 negative, and 0 neutral. 

Shouldn't that feedback be at 100?

 
The 98 Excellent is the total count of all the "Likes" on your forum posts (the green "Like This" on the bottom right of every post), while the feedback % is the % of positive trades you've made (your 22 positive trades / 22 total trades = 100% feedback which you see under your avatar).  They are separate entities.

Ah. If I had just hovered my mouse over the box I would have seen that it says "likes".
