I have found a mom & pop shop that is selling MGS Legacy for $39+tax is it worth it? Was thinking of getting it to play through MGS on the Vita. 

 
I got it for $20 - $25 from Frys a few months back. I don't know if it can be played on the VIta but then again I have no knowledge regarding the Vita what-so-ever.

I would say its worth it, the Legacy Collection MSRP'd at $50. And that edition is out of print. But the games only run on PS3 not Vita. So if you're primarily aching to play MGS on vita. I'd suggest nabbing the MGS HD collection for vita. You should be able to nab one wherever it may be for $20~$25
