EB games: Singularity - $0.49 (PS3, 360, PC)

You can most likely find it in local stores.  This dropped in price a couple weeks ago, and dozens more games dropped to very low clearance prices at the same time.  I found Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box and Uncharted 2 Game of the Year Edition, both brand new, for $1.99 each.  I imagine that supply of the price drop SKUs varies greatly, so it might be worth asking your store to print out a report of every new game between $0.02 and $1.99 to see what they've got on hand.

 
Bought two copies. Maybe I'll go around town and clean out every store.

This game was so damn underrated I'll probably end up giving them away.
