Noticed this in store and seems to be in store only. A bunch of movies are on sale for $7.99 but almost missed that they are also 3 for $20. There was a separate display for these movies, though there are a lot of movies on sale for $7.99 right now and I do wonder if it applies to movies not in the display.

I made this thread a wiki so people can submit other movies they saw... but some of the titles I saw:

Watchmen

Batman Begins

The Dark Knight

Inception

Blade Runner

I am Legend

Sherlock Holmes

The Fighter

There will be Blood

The Hangover

National Lampoon: Vacation

Blazing Saddles

Gran torino
Hangover II
The Departed
Dumb & Dumber
Shooter
Blood Diamond
The Blind Side
Miss Congeniality 1&2 combo
Harold & Kumar 1&2 combo
Almost famous
Shawsshank redemption
The score

+ Possibly more depending on store but this is most likely the entire list.

Are the steelbook ver of the movie on sale to or just the regular

I promoted this on Kotaku's Moneysaver, and I made sure you got credit for your discovery, sir. By the time I go to work on Thurs, hopefully we will have a more diverse list that can spurn me to expand my Blu collection. And thanks for your work!

Based on the list TC put up, I already have the movies I'm interested in getting.  My gf just bought a new laptop from Best Buy that she needs to pick up some point this week, so if I make it over there, I'll be on the lookout for other potential titles.

In the picture I saw online, they were all regulars with no slips.
Yes, they are were all standard editions from what I saw. Still some great titles in there.

The Fighter was one of them. I almost bought it.
Added it to the list. I plan to stop at Best Buy on my way home from work today, I'll try to get the rest of the "for sure" part of the deal titles. Like said, it was in a separate display, almost completely missed the 3 for $20 part of it too (small text compared to the $7.99 part).

Probably grabbing Blade Runner, Inception and maybe Watchmen with this deal.

i saw the shelf and looper (kick ass film !) was on there too. i also saw blu ray 2 packs for 12.99$. one of them was taken+taken 2 which imo os a good deal for both (also kick ass films lol)

What's confusing is that I saw separate displays of $7.99 Blu Rays (including Green Lantern, Predator 1 & 2, Fantastic Four 1&2) but I don't think they were included in the 3 for $20.

That's the movies that were missing from my list when I was in store.

Don't forget that if you're taking advantage of this, doing some other shopping, depending on the offer you receive you could get $5 or $10 back through Ibotta as well (for spending $50-$100 over multiple purchases). CAG link about it: http://www.cheapassgamer.com/topic/324415-get-5-back-with-50-or-10-w100-best-buy-purchases-through-ibotta-free-app-expires-41-42/

I saw two stands at Best Buy that had blu-ray movies for $7.99. One of them was a Miramax Celebrating 35 years stand where each movie came with an Ultraviolet copy. I picked up Life is Beautiful (La Vita e Bella) and The Boy in the Striped Pajamas and priced matched Amazon regular Blu-ray edition that comes without the Ultraviolet code for $6.74 and $5 respectively. I didn't realize until I got home and jumped on Amazon to remove these two titles from my wish list that the ones on Amazon don't come with the UV code since they have a different cover and don't state anything about having an ultraviolet digital copy. I suppose if anyone wants these titles they can also try to price match the standard blu-ray edition on Amazon, but it will definitely be YMMV since the cover and content is different. I guess I got lucky because the representative that looked up these titles on the computer also didn't notice the difference. At any rate, at $7.99 these movies are a steal as they are absolutely fantastic!

I went to Best Buy today to pick up the Wolf exclusive, and I happened to see this display. Nothing had a slipcover, and I didn't see anything interesting for that price.

Ended up at Best Buy today for the Xbox Gift Card deal going on right now. Grabbed Blood Diamond, National Lampoon's Vacation, and The Score. Thanks OP!

Couple notes, Inception had a special features disc and a digital copy. Watchment had a special features disc as well. Neither or those really advertised more than one disc so that as a surprise on both accounts.
