do people sell "pay for download" for a game?

I'm trying to get a copy of blazblue chrono phantasm for the ps3 for a minimal cost. im just wondering, have you met someone that sold downloads of a game/have you been able to someone that sold downloads of a game? like, I pay a person $25 and the person tells me the PSN account info to download the game. does it sound too fishy?

Yes then you won't be able to log in that account again, so lets say you just rent it for once a lifetime for $25, would you do that?

Your basically paying for an account, but it is just fishy. 

I'm sure he sells the account to other people as well.

Also, even if he does just give the people the account, it just gets complicated having different accounts with games.
