So apparently...this DOES include the Blu-Ray versions! Confirmed on Target's website in the Weekly Ads section with "store price" mentioned for each of the sale movies.

Yeah why do some of these online say 19.99 but some are still on sale (ex: Hunger Games) on the target website. Is this still going on? It should be right...

Apparently only the DVD versions were supposed to be on sale on all but a few items (such as Peter Pan and Fast and Furious 6). However, someone screwed up and made all versions of those titles part of the sale, so the blu ray versions of some titles were discounted incorrectly. Amazon matched the prices until they saw the mistake. Now it's been corrected, and a few items (those listed above as such) have their blu rays on sale, the rest are worthless DVDs probably made to fool stupid or unsuspecting parents.
