Ebay seller will not give me a refund?

Received a scratched up game that wouldn't play in my wii,contacted seller and was told to send it back i sent it back but now the seller is saying he hasn't received even though the tracking says delivered.Do i have any options now or im i screwed?

File a dispute.

If you sent it back to the address he provided, and it shows delivered to that address (or zip code if using USPS) then you can open a dispute, enter the tracking information, and you'll win.

Absolutely, file a dispute with paypal.

Are you sure it's not your wii? Lol, I know they have a tendency to crap out.

He's some kid trying to screw you over, him over and get the last laugh.

Explain everything clear and simple in the dispute.
