My friend bought one to learn on. They are garbage. If you don't want to ruin any small amount of interest you have in learning to play guitar, spend some more money and purchase something that is going to make your time playing more comfortable.

If you buy something decently made, you'll have an easier time unloading it for close to what you paid for it if you find you don't like the instrument. Hell I've picked up a few decent guitars on craigslist and sold them for a profit a short time later.
