How are you organizing your Apps?

So... the clutter on my iPad is starting to annoy me and I'm not sure what the best way is to organize things.  When I create folders I might as well delete whatever I put in them because I rarely look around for apps that aren't right out in the open.  However, I don't like having 5 full screens of crap either.  I'm wondering if anyone has any organizing tips... maybe I just need to delete things I rarely use and if I think of them I can redownload?

Screens from left to right (1 to 5)

1. (far left) system tools and boring apps (Clean Master, Youtube, X-plore)

2. No longer played, beaten, or "guest" games (10000000, Fruit Ninja, Doodle Jump)

3. (middle home screen) Frequently needed apps (Google Play, Calculator Plus, People)

4. "real games" (Jetpack Joyride, Rayman Jungle Run, Marvel Puzzle Quest)

5. Humble Bundle games! (Snuggle Truck, QWOP, McPixel)

Bottom of screen always-displayed: Messaging, E-mail, Phone, Firefox.

The only time I use folders is when I have two apps that correspond to each other, like Netflix and Instantwatcher, or two of the same type of app such as AppGratis and AndroidGiveawayOfTheDay.

Things may change as I start filling up all of my space, but that could easily be remedied by turning some of the different current screen layouts into a single folder.

A final solution would be to rely on the full app area that shows everything alphabetically.
