yes the ps plus version includes The online multiplayer, the asynchronous challenges and the complete single player campaign will all be present in the PS Plus version for free. That why I'm holding off until this hit close to $20. Essentially the retail copy is a dlc of extra tracks and cars
 
Hmm may keep that kmart preorder now $50 back in points and 3 months of PS+ may just justify spending real cash on it

Hope they improve the handling. A lot of previews said it sucked. Funny this is one of the few games I look forward to the most maybe due to the lack of new games released this year.

This and Forza Motorsport 5 came out and Turn 10 made a very good game, tough award-winning competition. I was surprised to hear the game went back to the drawing board but it looks like they've got a good engine and retweaked the game's design (first one to set whatever).

there no actual DLC. there two versions the free copy which is complete single player campaign, online multiplayer and the challenges. Or there is the Retail Disc Copy which has the same stuff plus some extra tracks and cars which will be entirely on disk.

 
The developers have given details on what exactly will be included in the PS+ version.  Included are 5 tracks with 11 variations (all in one country, though) and 10 cars.  All gameplay modes will be available, but you'll only be able to play through part of the single-player campaign.

 
I don't think we're getting the 3 free months with this. They had a deal like this for the UK and then cancelled it since it was delayed. Also the Amazon product page says nothing about it.
