The improved process now offers our customers a more streamlined and positive experience. The GameStop PC Downloads App has been simplified to a download and game library manager. Customers will no longer be required to download the PC Downloads App when making new purchases. However, customers who are using the current platform and associated app for purchases made prior to April 24th will still be supported. Any new games purchased will use the new process: Buy a digital game code from any GameStop location or online, download the game from the appropriate provider, and play!"
