I remember when Frys last summer had the pink 3ds for $99 I was able to price match at Best Buy even though theres no frys near me and frys was out of stock never hurts to try.

I live in San Diego and don't know either of these people =/

How can this be?

I was going to offer to pick this up for fellow CAGs that were interested as I live up the street from it but upon further inspection it shows as being OOS.

I checked Bestbuy.com but they do not have any of the 3DS in stock, only the 3DS XL and the midnight purple 3DS. From my experience, they're not willing to price match an item unless they're the exact same item, including same color. But please inform us if you do have any luck with it.

Gonna check the local Fry's tomorrow and check with Best Buy to see if they have any in stock to price match. Will keep this post updated tomorrow.

the 3ds for both show up randomly but only for San Diego. Both are open boxed and 1 red sealed. It'll let you order and even send you a ready to pick up email. Then you get a call saying it is not in stock and so forth. Got the call, but didn't check my voicemail and went there, got denied. Shows in stock once a day at odd hours.

They have the pink 3ds at Sears for $99 now, if there any any left. I think it's universal because when they scan it on their ipad device, it shows a website listing with the $99 price.

 
I saw the black one was also $49.99 on the frys website there was one listing for $49.99 and one at regular price I think it just depends on he associate at best buy but the ones at mine never check to see if it says OOS.

 
Tried it - ordered one last night. Got a confirmation email and then a "your order is ready for pickup"....only to be followed by a call from the store that the item is not in stock and they don't have it held for me. 

Oh well, it was worth a shot. 

 
Hell that's buy it price, too bad Fry's is mostly a schlocky craphole , that's run poorly.. Finding this deal at Fry's would be equivalent to finding a pot at the end of a rainbow.
