PS3 disc repair service?

RedReaper

CAGiversary!
I have a few scratches on a ps3 game that I bought from Gamefly that is causing freezing I believe.

Where should I send it off to have it rebuffed. Gamestop no longer offers this service. I'm not a believer in using toothpaste and floss on a PS3 disc.

I did pour mouthwash on it tho....I kid. Thanks for the suggestions.

Bluray discs are a pain to buff. Since they are made with scratch resistant material, that makes it hard to FIX any scratches that it may get. More resistant, but harder to repair basically.

The local game store here in my town tried to buff some ps3 games with a professional machine, and it just made them worse/unreadable. Most of the time they don't bother, now. Sometimes it works, but not often does it work well.

Toothpaste usually works on dvd discs, but I tried it on a PS3 disc and nope... not even close.

With deep scratches there's no way to fix, you can't replace erased data after all.
