Hey, AC Infinity comes out tuesday. Multiplayer is a big part of the game. If you will be playing and want to have other aces join you leave your psn tag in this thread. Also general Ace Combat talk is cool. I am Pack3rs0wn3rCB
 
The gameplay is vintage AC. The menus are really really confusing to me. I cant really understand what I am acomplishing after the match concludes. Leveling up planes Im not using? Afterabout 15 sorties I still cant upgrade my missles. And why a time limit so short on missions? Very strange.
 
Anyone looking to buy this should know that:if you buy the 19.99 full campaign unlock you can complete the 3rd campaign mission and get 20 free fuel restocks. Just about 20$ worth. Just make sure you accept the challenge for fareast front.
 
so far it feels like ace combat to me.  i just wish there was a way to abandon challenges, or maybe i just don't know the button

 
Go into challenges. Select current challenges. Select challenge and hit X. It will ask if you want to abandon it. Rinse and repeat. I got the Morgan last night. Not impressed really.
 
Im having fun with it and havent spent money on it yet i do the challenges to get free fuel, and wait for it to recharge, i love the series but im not a fan of this style of "free" either.

 
So how is the campaign?  I'm not a huge multiplayer-er.  I did really enjoy AC4 and AC5 (not as much as 4 though).

 
I wish I could just buy it as well. I spent 20 bucks to unlock all of the campaign and got 20$ of free fuel. I bought the prime packand rookie pack and now my goal of emptying my psn wallet is complete lol

How is the f2p system? From wat I've read, you need fuel to do anything so does it get replenish after a certain amout of time? Or are you forced to complete challenges? Etc.
 
it's a mix of both , you wait like four hours to get to play one lvl in campaign or multiplayer but during that time you can complete challenges in the game to get free fuel .

The game is fun but limited. Multiplayer is the main part. Both co op missions and dog fights pvp when allowed. I use my three fuels and usually get one stocked for free.
