What order did the GCU discount stack?
1-20% then $10 off

Or

2- $10 off then 20%

it was actually posted several days ago in the original thread that it still going on and until July 5th http://www.cheapassgamer.com/topic/331053-best-buy-gamers-club-unlocked-2-years-60-50-discount/page-14#entry11809921 which is why I don't understand the point of this thread especially since the date is even wrong and it be simpler to stick to the original thread

The point of this thread then is for the coupon. And it says 6/1-6/7 on it. Assumed it was for the GCU and the $10 off.

No restrictions like that if they`re just gonna be lying around grab & go. Unless BB got tricky and the fine print allows only GCU to use em. Most likely free GC is all that`s needed.

fair enough. If word was put out company wide in a more efficient manner all stores would have them readily available for all their customers. Sadly yes, some of you will go into stores and they will most likely have no idea this exists until you tell them and they go and find it. Also if your store is like mine and nobody gives half a crap about Wii U then I can see how there really isnt a huge rush to get these out to customers lol.

Sweet I'll have to use this soon don't know what to get though. I suppose Tropical Freeze is the only major first party title I've missed

 
with the coupon and gcu duck tales is under 5$. with that 40% extra trade in coupon gamestop is giving out from make a wish donations (expires on the 7th) and pur it could be a possible flip. ill call for the tiv tommorow :)
 
I wonder if this works on pre-owned games? If so I might pick up a spare Nintendo Land since my system didn't come with one...

 
Sucks that all the Best Buys around me don't seem to have any Wii U games. Sure they have a few of the bigger titles but pretty much anything on sale or Sonic are all OOS within a 100 mi radius.

 
Only one best buy in Rhode Island and I've never had a decent experience there so I'm sure getting this coupon will be a huge pain.
 
I was thinking of using this on Sonic Lost World...... is it just me or did they jack up the prices of several games before issuing this coupon?  I've mulled over purchasing Lost World before and I could swear it was like $30 or so, certainly not the $45 my store had it listed as last night.

I don't suppose they'll let me PM the game from somewhere else then use the coupon?  

Oh well, guess I'll be passing then.....

How would you swing the $20 off Sonic? Even with GCU it's not that much of a discount.

I highly doubt you could get the extra ten off coupon, since it clearly states at the bottom "Cannot be combined with any other promotion" and Best Buy employees are [in my experience] sticklers for that sort of thing.

Question about this...

I have an eye on that nintendoland/Luigi remote bundle.

It is listed under the wii u games category but it is not applying GCU on cart. Doubt the coupon will work on it.

If it does, then why GCU wouldn't?

GCU is games only. Wiimotes aren't supposed to work on it. There's a guy on here who says otherwise but all I know is I've never had any luck with it.

 
duck tales wii u at gamestop is 7$ base value so with this coupon, gcu and the usps coupon (if you found one) its under 5$. trade it in to gamestop with the make a wish 40% coupon and pur for 10.50$ :D
 
Just got back from one of my local BB's and to no luck the manager never even heard of what I was talking about. He ended up pricing me ten dollars off any way but the in-store price vs. online price was about 6 dollars difference, so I practically payed retail    anyway...When I got back to my office I called BB support and she said that their games division is such a mess she decided to throw me a 15$ gift card for the trouble..based off reading all of this though I might try a different best buy have them price match their website and then tell them to go find the coupon in their system.  :twoguns:

 
No way to use this online correct? Also who to ask for coupon? Hate bothering people for stuff like this specially based off of others experience here so far (not finding the coupon).

I wanted nintendoland too, but it got clearanced out at every best buy within 100 miles of me. So i just went to gamestop and got it used with the 20% off B-day coupon that stacked with my PUR.
