PS3 offer. Is this a good/great deal?

Hi. I want to know if this deal is good or not. What is the lowest price I shouls ask?

PS3 Slim 160GB with box in excellent condition - GT Logitech steering wheel and pedals (needs power adapter. Sold for 8 dollars one ebay) - Headset + earpiece - PS Eye Camera - Skate 3/GT 5 - Stand - All necessary cables for system, plus HDMI cable - Two Controllers. $165

That's a lot of stuff. It's a good deal nonetheless, since the wheel itself is $70 at least. I got my PS3 last year (same model) for $150 with two controllers and games.

I say go for it if you need a wheel. Its a lot of stuff, but most of it will probably drop shortly.
