Staples clearance has Basics for $150 and Deluxe for $230. Or than that, buying a Wii U Deluxe during a SDM 20x points day will net you 60,000 points, or about $85 worth of points ($100 or more during a redemption bonus day). Then you can turn those points into games later, as SDM stock most first party Nintendo games and accessories, but YMMV by store.

Shop.ca recently had a Mario Kart 8 bundle deal, and with ebates.ca you can get 15% cash back on Shop.ca purchases, and there is a $30 off voucher floating around somewhere. I'm not sure what the current Shop.ca price is, but I used that combination to get a PS4 and it came to $400 after taxes with a game and extra controller included.
