This is advertised in store OP. Plus it's been going on for weeks now. There's actually a thread with this deal in it.

So these deals can be obtained in store then? Sorry, not 100% clear for me. I remember seeing that Uncharted bundle a while back, but with it being sold out online, I thought there was no hope for it.

Yeah it's in-store. Not 100% sure what they'll do if they don't have all of those though.
 
Does anyone know if in-store it discounts each game down to $5? Because I'd like to use a $5 pre-owned coupon but I'm not sure if it would work.

It prorates it like you're saying. I don't know the exact price for each though.
