Advice on selling my Xbox and stuff.

CAGiversary!
I'll soon be joining the PC master race, and so I'm selling my Xbox 360.  I have a lot of stuff, but I can't decide a fair price....
So, I'm asking opinions on what would be a fair price for this list as a bundle (everything is in great condition):
Xbox 360 (the 250 GB version) has both HDMI and AV cables,

my Xbox live account with lots of downloaded games and DLC (yes, against the rules, I know, blah blah blah)

and lots of physical games. Physical games and their DLC are,

Mass Effect 2,

Mass Effect 3 + Citadel DLC,

GTA IV,

GTA V,

Splinter Cell (original Xbox),

Alan Wake,

Tomb Raider,

Final Fantasy XIII,

Bioshock,

Dead Space,

L.A. Noir,

Battlefield 3,

Fallout 3 GOTY,

Fallout New Vegas GOTY,

COD Black Ops + zombie map pack DLC,

COD Black Ops II + a DLC map pack,

COD Ghosts,

Portal 2,

Oblivion,

and Skyrim.

Downloaded games are

A World of Keflings,

Catherine,

Charlie Murder,

Civilization Revolution,

Crackdown,

Dark Souls,

Dead Island,

Deadlight,

Dead Rising 2: Case West,

Fable III,

Gears of War,

Gotham City Impostors,

Hitman: Absolution,

I Am Alive,

Laura Croft and the Guardian of Light,

Max Payne (original Xbox),

Minecraft,

Payday 2,

Red Dead Redemption,

Saints Row: The Third,

Sleeping Dogs,

State of Decay + all DLC,

Super Streetfighter IV,

Tales of Vesperia,

The Orange Box,

and The Walking Dead Season 2 + season pass.

There are also several indie games

ApocZ

Castle Miner Z

Dead Pixels

I Maed a Gam3 w1th Zomb1es 1n 1t

Super Amazing Wagon Adventure

Survivalist

and $1 Zombie Game

and a few more games that are bought but not downloaded

Dust: An Elysian Tale

Shoot Many Robots

Iron Brigade

Halo 3

and Rainbow Six Vegas.

Even if I sold everything insanely cheap (like 1/2 of the common price of a used copy of the game), it still comes up to, like, $500, which seems like a lot for it.  So what do you think I should be asking?  Also, do you think I might be better off selling the physical copies of games separate from the console/account?

((Also, none of my information, like credit cards and stuff, are on this Xbox account, I'm safe))

Thanks in advance.  Sorry for all the reading.

I would sell ALL of the physical games separately, then list your system with all of the downloaded games for $225. It would be more if you had the Kinect to go with it, but that's about the selling price for that. How many controllers? You might be able to get an extra $10 per extra controller. You could also bundle the games that don't sell on their own with the system and ask for a little more.

Selling the physical games separately is going to increase your overall return. GTA V can probably get you $35 individually, but it will take a huge hit if you offer it with games like Rainbow Six: Vegas.

Good luck!

Sell the your system and all extras together and sell all your games together so two separate transactions. Make a listing on Craigslist and do it locally, save you on fees and time.

Make a lot more money when doing it this way you don't want to bundle the games with with the console you'll make nothing.
