Ghost is actually listed twice, one for $19.99 and another for $17.99. I don't see a difference between the two though

 
No point in buying Madden yet since it is always $10 before and after the newest one comes out, Black Flag is a good price FOR NEW, the Best Buy used version of it is way better if you hopped on it ($10) and for Ghosts, unless you got lucky at Targets with the $20 X360/X1 Download Double Pack, its fine (I guess)
 
I'll pick up AC 4 since it's always been $24.99 and I was waiting for it to become $19.99. Nice find.
