One Piece Red... differences on PS3 and WiiU ?

I will get either one of these (in addition to 3DS one already picked up), but I'm curious about the differences. I generally prefer WiiU versions, especially if the game pad is used for something beyond simply off TV play... BUT I also prefer physical to digital only so that is a strike against WiiU version.

I'm torn as to which version to get because I would like to encourage more niche titles to come to the U.S... especially on current gen stuff like WiiU (but don't want to encourage digital only either).

Anyone?

I would even appreciate a review of any version of this game...
