It is weird that it was on the view. Considering mythology is essentially these super heroes anyways I'm still saying it's offensive. Sounds to me like someone doesn't care about mythology.

Have you taken any mythology classes? These guys are people with powers that are super. Sure people believed/prayed to them at a time. But it's what they were.

You're right, it doesn't. In fact, he'll be back in a couple of years. It's someone picking up the hammer and taking on his name. So again, why is this an issue?

Because in mythology no female ever picked up the hammer? I'm pretty sure Thor never kicked it with Spider-Man and Captain American in mythology either.

 
Female Thor talk, alright here's what I think is up (note I'm going to spoil stuff currently happening in the Thor comics):
My guess is that future Thor is going to be killed or incapacitated following his current fight with Galactus which will force Frigg (Thor's oldest granddaughter) to take Thor's place.  Now whether she will only be Thor in the future timeline or travel back I don't know, and I wonder if the implication of only one Thor being able to weild the hammer at a time means that even if a distant future Thor gives up the hammer to someone else then all of the current and past ones lose the ability to wield it as well or something.

Nintendo could learn something from that Weird Al video in regards to that Est epilogue profile. I guess they did since they changed it.

Also, Norse mythology isn't real either, as in it's fictional, so...

 
Phantom has great post, he knows how to avoid arguing by posting "clever" wordplay or pictures.

also to think samus is one of his favorite video game characters and he is able to point out opposite gender pictures.

The female link is interesting but you posted pictures of a very provocative nature

Just like no one cared when JMS turned Loki into a woman during his run. If anything mythology is the best place for this to happen. It is all temporary though and I suspect Ice Beast's spoilers are on point.
