... Does Lego Marvel Super Heroes Get Better?

ApolloSupreme

CAGiversary!
I bought it for $10 on PSN. I felt that the opening mission was kind of boring... Does the game get better later on or is it more of the same?

No offence to anyone who likes the game, it just might now be my cup of tea...

Thanks.

It's pretty much the same for the entirety of the game, and this game is pretty much the same as every LEGO game before it. Just with different characters. I bought the game in the superhero sale also and have enjoyed playing through it with my son. I wouldn't sit and play it by myself though.

Thanks guys. I got it after I looked at the price, the funny trailer and the fact that it feels like a barren wasteland again now that Destiny Beta is off line...

Maybe I go back to Vita gaming for a while until the good stuff hits.

I have a bunch of Lego games over the years on various platforms.  All of them I enjoyed when played along with my son.  I don't think I've ever sat down and play them by myself.  I just couldn't figure out what I need to do, other than smash everything and collect the studs.  :)

I actually enjoyed this one more than almost all of the other games, and it's the first game I've ever platted on my ps3.  If eternal sonata had had trophies, I probably woulda platted that too.

Lego Marvel is pretty much the best Lego game to date. There's really not much to do besides campaign and exploring but then again there really isn't much difference/options in most of the other non multiplayer games out here right now anyway.

There are many who disagree. Entirely.
..and there are many that don't. Entirely. And there are many that are in the middle. Entirely.

A person stating their opinion doesn't always represent that they are trying to factually state the entirety of the planet feels the exact same way.

I enjoyed the game on the Wii U with my wife.  It's perfect since she really isn't too... skillful at video games.  I can go around and do the objectives/puzzles while she runs around and breaks/builds stuff and dies repeatedly with no reprecussions.  Plus on the Wii U, you can have a player on the gamepad and a player on the TV.  The graphics weren't bad, but the framerate dropped and there were glitches.  I played the Ps4 version and noticed a great performance increase.

All in all though, it's a game for co-op.  If you don't have someone to play with it isn't a compelling game.  The secrets to be found are pretty cool I will say.  Fly around as Iron Man and just go to all the symbols on the radar for a time waster.

Someone making a statement of opinion doesn't automatically require a response in assent or dissent. I think the poster I made the comment to contributes little, and had been banned from trading here and at least one store.

Anything else I should have to explain in detail or can we move on?
