Looks to me like you get the $25. Just signed up for my mother and have $0.00 Credit, but I can invite friends and get $25.

Edit: Now it says I get $10 for inviting someone.

No I don't

the $25 takes a couple of hours to go into your account

I think mine took 3 hours or so

I only get $10 when someone buys something (as mentioned in op )

Also as mentioned above this doesn't work on mobile, desktop only

Just make sure you're not on mobile/ sign up on mobile as apparently this promo is for desktop users only per ruelala. For example it showed my credit on my computer but not on my phone
