The 2 bestbuys near me are not taking anymore of the atlas pro edition preorders in store so my last resort is online if I do preorder it am I charged for the game now or do I get charged when it's shipped ??? Any help would be appreciated !!

you are charged for it now just did a pre order for fifa 15 like 2 weeks ago and showed up on my past credit card statement

You will be charged immediately if it goes through PayPal. If you use a credit or debit card, you will have a revolving temporary charge until it ships, at which point the charge is taken out permanently.
