That Saber is awesome. I've been considering it for awhile.
I paid $4 for this GameCube component cable, but I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it... I don't need 3, but I don't really like getting rid of this kind of stuff. A local used game store offered me $100 trade, but I know I can get $150 on Ebay. (I don't really like messing with Ebay)
So I dunno... Still, it's hard for me to believe these things are worth so much.
The one I bought from them a year ago was $5.
Come on, man. 3?! Give a couple of those up so people can actually use them

I wasn't just going to pass up a $150 cable that's on sale for $4. I use one, I'm not sure where my second one is and I'm seriously considering selling the third one on ebay. I have lots of random cables/parts in boxes in case I "need it" later on, but in this case it does seem much better to just sell it and use the money to buy a Turbo Graphix 16 or something.Come on, man. 3?! Nice games you got therePicked these up from Gamestop with the $5 Kongregate coupon. Went in for Castlevanie LoS. The only copy in store was disc only so I passed. Asked about a couple more games I saw for cheap on the website and none in store. Found Deus Ex for under $5 so I needed a cheap filler to use coupon. I started checking the disc only section when I remembered the GTA V guide was just under $5. I had him pull a copy fromthe back. The coupon wouldn't work. I'm guessing at least one item needs to be over $5. After all this the clerk manually adjusts the price to take $3 off the guide and $2 off the game. Deus Ex is complete with slipcover. Both for under $5 and I still have a valid coupon to use this weekend.
Grabbed this from Amazon for $6.xx in credit. I've thought about this game a few times and always passed. Figure I would go ahead and give it a try for $6.
You'll know if you got the French Canadian Version if it has F at the end of the BCUS.Went back to Gamestop to use my $5 Kongregate coupon. Picked up Uncharted 3 GOTY for $2 after coupon. Didn't notice all the French writing on it until I was home. What's up with that? French Canadian? For $2 I can live with it. While I was there I picked up a couple disc only cheap games. Motorstorm for $.99 and Red Steel for $1.99. Been wanting to try both of these. For that price why not! All three games for $5 and some tax.
As a person who is buying every game for one platform are these various covers something you look for? I see you buy different versions of the same game. Looks like different retail version is what you look for. The reason I ask is I used to collect sports cards when I was younger. Canadian versions of the same American cards were always worth less. I never understood this thinking as a collector. I figure there would be less Canadian versions made than American. I think it had to do with American collectors wanting the US version and wanting nothing to do with the Canadian cards. This same thing is noticeable in Sega Saturn imports. Saturn import versions are sometimes cheaper on Amazon than their American counterparts. There's tons of games that have multiple languages on the cover or back that are US releases.
Not really. The only Wii games I'm buying that are the same game is if it's a store exclusive (like the Just Dance games) or the Nintendo Player's Choice versions or if there was a cardboard sleeve version (like New Super Mario Bros Wii, Wii Sports, etc) of a game. There are a lot of games with accessories bundled with them that I'm not worried about unless I see it for super cheap or something. As a person who is buying every game for one platform are these various covers something you look for?
