I have a set of polk audio 4 shot.  needsone of those headset adaptors that plug into the bottom of the controller.  pm me and let me know.

 
I have both the standard headset that comes with the XB1 and the Xbox Stereo Headset (adapter included) but to be honest I don't have a price in mind for them.

If you haven't come to an agreement with anyone else feel free to shoot me an offer?

I have the Xbox One Stereo headset used but in very good condition. Still have the box and everything it came with shoot an offer
