Why use a referral?

Is there a benefit for the user who signs up on a reward site using someone's referral? Like would I get a a percentage of what they make or a bonus? If so can anyone list the ones they know for what site?

You get a sign up bonus while the referrer's link usually gets them a percentage of whatever you make from the sites.
