Stupid Question: How Do I Cancel Xbox Live Auto Renewal

Sorry I am friggan pissed
2yrs ago I bought 2yrs of Xbox Live Gold......($20 a year) 20-30minutes ago I got an email saying "Oh you're time is almost up! We'll be auto-renewing you for $60 in 30days"

So I go to their site, there is no way to turn it off
I go to the forums, and help section.. step by step they sya "My Account, Subcriptions, Turn Off Renewal"

However, they removed the "Turn Off Renewal Button" Other people on the forums are bitching about it

"THERE IS NO TURN OFF AUTO RENEWAL OPTION ANYMORE ON THIS DAMN WEBSITE. ive tried turning it off numerous times and now it won't even click on my account cuz it just says oops you have found glitch every damn time and since i wasnt able to turn off auto renewal when my credit card ran out of money it kept trying to charge it! so now my account is suspended and i cant do crap becuase microsoft is just a bunch of greedy money horders. no respect"

So yea.... this is BS.

If you guys know a way outside of calling XBL, that would be wonderful.

They changed it a couple of years ago to force you to remove it. The dick move of that situation is that you have to keep a card on file to even buy free stuff, which makes no sense in the world.

All the more reason why to keep buying subscription cards and not worry about auto-renewal.
