Is the code you get single use (i.e. unique). I don't really want to send them a text msg just to unintentionally sign up for annoying alerts

Probably not...the employee that rang me up for a couple of COD Ghosts and ACIV Black Flag (back when they were $11.99) just pressed a button and i got the discount
 
Think this will stack with the $100.00 discount for sending in your old console to MS exchange?
