You can get the refurbished Wii U from the Nintendo store for 200. It comes with Nintendo Land, and a 12 month warranty.
I have been debating on pulling the trigger on that deal myself.
I've seen the bundle you are talking about as of late on eBay for around 260.
I'm sure that Black Friday weekend there will be some great deals on the Wii U, well, I am hoping so anyway.

There was a bundle that came with a lot of games, but I can't even find it now that Google got clogged with the Amiibo bundle for like $1 savings.
