I currently own the old style PS3 remote control. I also own an LG HDTV, a Philips sound bar, and a uVerse Motorola cable box.
I know the new style PS3 remotes include TV/AMP controls and are programmable; anyone know if its possible to program more than just the TV and PS3 with them (as the AMP controls are Sony receivers only)? I'm hoping to cut back on the number of remotes I have to keep track of without buying an expensive Harmony.
Playstation Chat said I could program multiple devices to the remote, but from what I can tell, the remote only has one TV input button and one AMP button in addition to the PS3 button on it.
Anyone have any experience with this?
