how much can i get for a xbox hdd 120gb and 20gb and transfer cable

i know these are relics, i just happened to find when i was looking for something else. 

also, how can i make sure they don't have my account information and junk?

I remember trying to format it, but it only lets me with the hdd that is not connected with the transfer cable.

i have a 360 slim if that helps with anything lol
