Hey all, I just moved to a new house and after unpacking what feels like a billion boxes I realize I have too much shit. I'm looking to unload quite a few of my 360 and ps3 games - the ones I know I'll never get around to playing again. I'm looking for advice on where I can get the most bang for my buck without crazy effort. Most of these games are anywhere from 2 to 6 years old. I know the old ones won't score much, but trade bonuses or coupons add up.

Thanks in advance!

What do you have? Generally most stuff have low TIV after several years so trading them into Amazon, Gamestop, Best Buy and Walmart are out of the question even with promos. Maybe trying to sell it via Craigslist, here, other sites, Ebay in a bundle might net you more but it will take a while.

Gamestop and Best Buy offer trade in deals, but as far as more cash for what you have I would say try Wal-Mart or use eBay.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help but I would always opt for selling my games on eBay then doing a trade in at a store.

Good luck either way bro man.

You could try craigslist and try to sell all of them at once. Or what I prefer these days is find your local area buy-sell-trade group on Facebook and post it there and see if anyone bites. I'm not big on outside transactions, especially craigslist but Facebook has really made it easy to set up deals with people in your area. Most areas have a group or two dedicated to it and it's as simple as posting a picture or two and saying what you want for it and going from there.

I would never trade anything in unless you're doing your homework and seeing if any flipping can be done between stores (and Amazon) to maximize credit. Making 40 plus listings on eBay admittedly is a huge pain in the ass but I'd do that over being robbed by Gamestop or some place that will pay you mere cents for something. Some things aren't worth shit though and if you don't feel like giving them away then I suppose trading them in would work and if you do I suggest Amazon for that since they are usuaally a little better than other trade-in places though you'd get credit (but they sell everything and most of it is cheaper than retail stores). Never throw anything out though, money is money and some place will always take it no matter how lowscale or old it is like say Half-Price Books or somewhere.
