Windwaker's never been cheaper than this I don't think.  Sometimes $45 at BB or near $40 at amazon.  But $32 with GCU now.

 
Wind Waker HD can be found for around the GCU price on eBay if you don't have GCU.

 
I just bought OOT from gamestop preowned for $39.99 with b2g1 coupon. God dammit. It was hard to find a complete Oot, star fox 3d and trials fusion with season pass at gamestop. Freakin too late now.

I wish I bought OOT from bb and trials from gamefly. You win some you lose some.


Sad confession. I have A link between worlds, OOT, and wind waker hd, but I've still never played a Zelda game in my life. I need to get on that. Being an adult with limited gaming time sucks.
 
Yes!  Finally able to snag a OoT at a decent price.  Been trying to find a copy for around 30 for months on end, and my GCU even sweetens the deal.  Now no more trolling ebay in hopes of nabbing a for a copy for me.

Yeah thanks for the heads up. I had a $10 Reward Zone GC so grabbed Ocarina at a great price! These next few months will be Zelda months. I'm playing Link Between Worlds, Windwaker HD, as well as revisiting A Link to the Past and Minish Cap, from previous weeks eshop sales. Good 'ventures ahead!

 
Good price for OoT. It seems like that game just doesn't want to drop, even though it's one of earliest 3DS releases. 

 
Every time I see an Ocarina of time at discount, makes me feel sad for selling it (especially since I bought it new for less than 14 bucks).

I think of the three, the best one for starters is Wind Waker, it's a gorgeous game, and IMO the easiest to pickup and play for a first-timer.

Maybe Nintendo made a deal to have only Amazon sell new copies. I haven't seen it new from anywhere else for a looong time.

I remember they had Toys R Us being the only store to sell reprints of Super Princess Peach and some other DS games.

On a side note, I wonder how differently the 3DS's first year would have went had it launches in June 2011 instead of late March. The eShop went live in June, Ocarina 3D and Resident Evil Mercs 3D launched then too. Probably wouldn't have tanked so badly right away in sales with Star Fox coming that September and 3D Land, Kart 7 not far behind.

 
Picked up a Link b/t Worlds no problem. The 3DS section is getting so bare now, but they had about 5 copies of it. No OoT. Already have that and WW GS exclusive. I had Hyrule Warriors in my hands too all the way up to the register, but will wait for the first sale on that combined with GCU. Thanks OP, been wanting this game, now to Amazon to get the mini strat guide.

Just a heads up

The online store pickup showed that the best buy near me was unavailable for Ocarina 3DS. I happened to be in the store today and they had two copies. Picked one up for 25 bucks or so after gcu.

 
Still have  rain check  BOGO 2 months ago.  Picked up both games for $25 and pokemon x & theatrhythm final fantasy curtain call with CD $32.  Will swap Pokemon X this friday for Super Smash Bro. 3DS :)

 
That is still too much for a 3-year-old port of OoT.Only way I'll ever buy it is if it dips down to $20 or so used. Nintendo will get no money when price gouging.

It's always a good idea to call ahead or check while your out that way since the inventory checker is meant to show "unavailable" online after the store gets down to a few copies or so.

Thanks for the tip! Didn't know the checker behaved like that. I usually avoid calling because I'm worried employees will just gank the item.

Mind elaborating a bit? I picked up kirby triple delux and mario party back when it was available. Could I swap the triple delux for smash bros?

 
Thanks OP!  My store still had one copy of A Link Between Worlds, so I grabbed it.

They also had two copies of Ocarina of Time, but I already played it on N64 and figured it would just end up in my backlog forever.
