Should be, as I've used Vudu on my 360 before. You'll just have to download and set up the Vudu app.

The first episode of the old Garfield and Friends cartoon is free as well along with some random episode from the third season. Really brings back memories of when every major TV network had cartoons on Saturday mornings and now none of them do...
