You just have to make a $2 purchase (Offer ends at midnight). I have not done it yet but hopefully you can purchase a $2 gift card and add it together with the free $5. So you get $7 and a free drink for spending $2

2. Accept Term and Conditions
3. Click to Sign Up
4. Click to Enroll in DD Perks
5. Click to "Add a Card"
6. Purchase a DD Card (min $2) or use an existing DD Card

8. $5 Bonus DD card will be added to your account

Just did this finally.

Bought a $2.00 e-gift card, then followed the steps. It gives you a separate $5.00 credit on you account, and the free medium drink (drink expires on 10/8/14)

 
edit - figured it out. but I just read that the deal expired and I did not get the $5. I guess I will go and buy one of those coolatta drinks since I get a $1 off.

I think you are late, it told me yesterday that it ended at midnight. Not sure if its worth trying anymore.

But if you are going for it anyway, or in the future because this comes up every so ofter. This is what I did:

Went online to dunkin donuts website

Purchased a $2 dunkin donut gift card and sent it to my email

Download the app

Made new account

Applied $2 gift card that I purchased

Used promo code BONUS

Was credited an additional $5 giftcard and free medium beverage

Beverage must be used in a week, the $2 and $5 have no expiration that I can see.
