I have a 2ds. Is it worth it to trade up to 3ds/xl?

And I only have Pokemon X and sticker Mario. Probably trading in my vita so I'm looking for some new 3ds games to grab. Any recommendations? I'm kind of looking for a hack N slash rpg style game.

I know. Idk when that one's coming out. But basically is there any reason to pay more to have a 3ds instead of a 2ds. Minus the 3d effect? Pretending that the new one isn't coming out.
 
There's a stereo headphone jack.

Especially with the prospect of a new model in the horizon, don't bother buying a 3DS if you already have a 2DS. It's not like you wanted the 3D effects in the first place.

 
Yeah, I would get a New 3DS XL if I was upgrading from a 2DS. 

Personally, I want a New 2DS. The 3DS XL to me feels kind of heavy at first since I upgraded from a DS Lite.

I never cared for 3D on the 3DS. The New 3DS, might change my mind when I get the chance to try out at a demo kiosk, with the supposedly better/improved 3D.
