Should we give tax money to countries that discriminate?

We give money to foreign countries with terrible civil rights violations while we have approx 19 TRILLION in debt. Anybody support this?

Voting, land owning, etc are forbidden for all others. Why give racists tax money?

Arab states have terrible ongoing civil rights violations. Why support them? Let's use our influence (bribes) to at least demand equal rights.

 
We give all kinds of tax breaks to organizations that discriminate (religions, boy scouts, etc.) I don't support any Of that
 
Only against bigots.

(They go generally provide supports to family/ friends of LGBT. And let's be real they on a scale 1000x less than churches)
