Madden 15 Ultimate Team Packs Problems

Hoping you guys can help.  I have the Madden Ultimate Team edition for the Xbox One. *(never played ultimate team before - very fun).  Anyway, when I redeemed the ultimate edition code last week, I did get 3 pro packs but not the draft class pack.  I contacted EA who told me they would fix it and I would receive the next packs as well as the draft class pack.  I believe that was supposed to happen today but I have not received anything.

Can you guys tells me if this should have happened today and whether you are encountering similar problems?

The packs don't go live until Thursday sometime after 9 AM central when everything resets so they should show up then.

I had the exact same issue on PS4 as well.

Ok great.  Thanks MSU!  I bought (from 2 very good CAGS) the ultimate team donwloadable versions of the game for my son and I.  Given that I had never played MUT and have little experience with digital (other than the vita) I really didn't know what to think.

I can tell you that I googled and found a ps4 thread on another forum that mentioned Tuesdays.  Considering that store updates on Tuesdays, I thought it applied to the XB1 also.

false they go live on x1 12 edt every tues at leat thats when i get them with ut edition version

I didn't get mine again.  They should just automatically appear in my "unopened packs" correct?

Yes they should have. Did you get a ticket number when contacting EA Support?
