Nice. What are the blue things on front of you buliding. It would be jacked up if that was the fire escape. Ask the landlord and he tells you by law we only have to protect the top 25 floors. You will have to jump the rest of the way down.
 
Not my best work, but I was bored and had too much time on my hands... I took the flame from an actual Godzilla picture, but I'm sure I could do better if I knew more about using Photoshop.
