They can't even protest in English without being unecessarily courteous and deferential.

To translate this into 'Merican: "I'll smoke where the fuck I want to. Becuase I'm a goddamned U-mericin, that's why. Free speech motherfucker. I can even smoke in that flying car con-trap-tion y'all got over there. It's right there in the constitution: Randall can smoke whereever the goddamn fuck he wants to."
