Today I was in Wal-Mart and help but notice they had novelty tees. They had some pretty cool ones. One was a squirrel holding nuts between his legs that said "Protect the family jewels." Plus they had South Park and Family Guy tees. Most of the time I buy my shirts at Hot Topic, now maybe Wal-Mart. Then I went to Electronics and saw a kid play Quake 4 on the 360. It showed the blood and gore plus the guy on the game yelled shit a couple of times. All we need now is for them to start selling unedited cds.:booty:

Walmart would be cool if they sold cheap porn.

Walmart would be cool if they actually fixed their displays when someone broke them, and didn't offer the EyeToy as the only playable game demo on the PS2. :-(

I don't get why they sell guns, tobacco, Uncensored DVD's, and "violent" video games.

But the CD's are censored.

Its because Mommy doesn't want her kids to hear profanity in their music... yet she is fine with them watching "Gladiator" while hitting the Hot Coffee on "San Andreas."

Not sure if I'm wrong, but I thought the last time I was in Wal-Mart, they were selling unedited cds. I'll have to check tommorrow.

Calls this what you may, but I would say that Blacks actually benefited from the slavery. Comparing the current lives of many African Americans to Africans, one can see that the former live in much better conditions with greater freedoms and opportunities.

I've seen exactly ONE unedited CD at Wallyworld which was The Gorillas "Feel Good Inc." Then again... it was the import version they had which many of you know don't carry such labels so whomever ordered this at Wallyworld HQ probably didn't realize its domestic release is a Parental Advisory album.

New sig coming soon.

Their electronics employees seem to care more about gossiping about "American Idol" while standing around chewing gum LOUDLY than what is going on their department. My philosophy going into the electronics section is.....

A) Don't bother asking for help.
B) Don't bother expecting help.

New sig coming soon.

And dont forget the morning after pill. Which to hardcore, right-wing, religious folk is an abortion pill.

And keep in mind they'll sell all that stuff but not Howard Stern or John Stewart's books

A few Walmarts have good employees. I just wish that the girl that gave me the Lord of the Rings box set for free still worked there.

Seriously, she just deactivated the security device in it and bagged it. Incompetence is a good thing.

It may be me but I noticed that the Walmarts are dirtier then the Targets. The Walmarts have dirty floors and there is so much chaos around. Target seems like a much more pleasurable shopping experience.

Wal-Mart hasn't changed much since I started working for the company four years ago. The only reason I work at Wal-Mart is because I need money, much like the rest of the people in the world. As for Target, Target is only clean because they have alot less customers and had a better store setup from what I've been told/seen.

Wal-Mart is evil, yes, but so is every other retail chain in the world. Gamestop, EB, K-Mart, Target, Best Buy, Circuit City etc. are all shitty retail stores and I'd like someone to prove me wrong.

The only real problem I have with Wal-Mart outside of It's low wages are It's inability to fire shitty employees (You have to literally punch a manager to get fired, or expose yourself in the store at this rate) and shitty healthcare. Our health insurance sucks ass and I hope states continue to put the pressure on Wal-Mart to increase it. Everything else I can complain about pertains to most other retail chains.

I think it differs by area. Walmart has heavy competition around here and is just one of many options. As a result, they seem to be really trashy. Not everyone shops there.

The whole thing is degress. For example, target may be a 5 and walmart a 9 on the evil scale.

Man I know thats the truth. I tried for the better part of a month to get fired. I worked at one for 3 months, I did almost everything within civil disobedience. So I finally quit.
