sorry these are from memory, but these are at least very close to the asking prices i saw.

PDZ(LE) - 2000
PGR3 - 1980
RR6 - 1980
The Outfit - 3980

this is the Trader 2 on the main drag near where the old messe sanoh and pc chaos used to be, not the one by the new chaos-kan. these are all US editions. i don't know about The Outfit, but the other titles have been confirmed as region-locked, so US consoles only :(

That was hot...picked up NFS: Most wanted for 2980 and King Kong for 1980.
It was also good to see that a few stores were selling new US games like GRAW, Blazing Angles, and COD2 for 6800 yen, which is cheaper than they are in the USA.

Things are looking up!

I'm really considering getting a Japanese 360 soon seeing how I saw a Used one for about 2 man yen. I heard some store was selling them NEW for about that much too! :shock:
 
Yup, a video store in my town had a 2 day sale in which they were selling new Xbox 360's for 19,800 yen. They also were selling GameBoy Micros for 4800 yen as well.

Do you remember the name of the store?

The only decent game store I've been able to find in/near Mie is Sofmap in Nagoya. We have Geo and Book-Off all over the place but that's mostly used stuff.

Maybe I'll trek out to Tokyo for a few days during Golden Week...
