New bargain bin at my local K-Mart. The games all had yellow handmade clearance stickers, and there was a great selection. Not sure if this is a national deal, so YMMV.

I picked up:

Mario Power Tennis (GC) $5
Goldeneye: RA (PS2) $4
Tenchu: Fatal Shadows (PS2) $5
Cold Winter (PS2) $2

Off the top of my head, they also had NFSU, LOTR:Third Age, LOTR:ROTK, and quite a few more... I wasn't able to get a list, it was almost closing time, and they rushed me out. I'll head back tomorrow to try again for a list.

EDIT: Went back, sorry for the short list. Here's everything I could write down. No more copies of Mario Tennis, unfortunately. The location is Eaton, OH. That's right, the middle of nowhere. Hope the list helps.

Man after reading this thread I went all the way to my K-mart to try to get Mario Tennis (which is allll the way across town) and they closed the fucking electronic department at 10 pm. They didn't use to do that, how retarded.

I just picked up Feel the Magic for $3 and Sonic Advance 3 for $2. Some others I noticed:

Yu Yu Hakusho:Tournament Tactics - $3
The Getaway: Black Monday - $3
NBA 2005 GCN - $5
Namco Museum Xbox (not 50th Anniversary)

Just look for the yellow price stickers. Can't miss 'em.

Thats Sucks. During the early stages of the Kmart clearence I tried to route as many Kmarts on my way home as I could. It was a long ass trip home and often not for a meeting Mr. Jack Squat.
 
I'm just sitting here sobbing my eyes out because there's not a K-Mart for 50 miles at least. Or their Store Locator is on the fritz.

I went by k-mart in San Leandro CA. No Mario tennis. Nothing else much at the clearance rack. Sports titles, those awful intec controllers. But I did pick up Musashi Samurai Legend for 20 bucks. been curious about this one. Anybody ever play this?
 
I found Mario Power Tennis for $15, not $5, but I snagged it anyway. Also grabbed Sprung for $3 and Ridge Racer DS for $6. They all had new yellow clearance stickers with those prices. Advent Rising had a yellow sticker for $15. So it's looking like the prices for the OP are YMMV.

There were some copies of Feel the Magic sitting with all the other clearance games, but they didn't have the yellow stickers and scanned to $30... I let out a roflcopter on that one.

Yeah that's what Mario Tennis was at the 3 K-marts I went to ($15). Picked it up but contemplating returning it.
